• HCSC Training Challenge

    During this break from soccer activities, HCSC is happy to provide a daily workout plan by age group to help players keep their skills sharp and return to the fields in prime condition! We ask that each player spends at least 20 minutes on each exercise per day, but feel free to do more. The more they put into it, the more they’ll get out of it!
